By downloading or using Nikhaar AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• •You must be 16 years or older to use this app
• •You must provide accurate information during registration
• •One account per person is allowed

• •You must only upload photos of yourself
• •Do not upload photos of other people without consent
• •Do not upload photos of anyone under 18
• •Do not upload offensive or illegal content
• •Violation may result in account suspension

• •Free plan: Glow Check — unlimited and free
• •Pay per scan: ₹40/scan — one-time, no expiry
• •Pro plan: ₹99/month — all scans, no ads, guided journey
• •Pro subscription auto-renews monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date
• •Cancel anytime via Google Play Settings → Subscriptions
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• •Payments are processed by Google Play and are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law
• •For refund requests within 48 hours of purchase, you may contact Google Play support directly

• •Do not reverse engineer or decompile the app
• •Do not use automated tools or bots
• •Do not attempt to hack or disrupt services

All content, design, logos, and code of Nikhaar AI are owned by Nikhaar AI and protected by copyright law.

• •Beauty scores are for personal use and entertainment only
• •Results are AI-generated and may not be fully accurate
• •We are not a medical or dermatological service

These terms are governed by the laws of India and comply with the DPDP Act, 2023.
