• •Photos are processed in real-time for analysis only
• •Photos are NOT stored on our servers permanently
• •Auto-deleted within 24 hours
• •You can delete instantly — free of charge
• •Photos are never shared with third parties
• •Photos are never used for training AI models

• •Phone number: Login and account security only
• •Face photo: Sent securely to our server-side AI pipeline (Face++ API and Gemini AI) — never processed directly on device with exposed keys
• •Scan results: Shown to you in History and Profile
• •Location (city/state): Fetched via WAQI API for real-time AQI data and regional skin analysis — never stored permanently
• •Push notifications: Sent only for scan reminders and streak milestones — you can disable anytime from app settings
• •Usage data: To manage your scan limits and plan

• •Google Gemini API — skin analysis
• •WAQI API (World Air Quality Index) — real-time AQI data for your city
• •Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and push notifications

Nikhaar AI is for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

• •Photos: Deleted within 24 hours (or instantly on request)
• •Scan results & history: Auto-deleted based on your plan — Free plan: 7 days, Pay-per-scan: 30 days, Pro plan: 90 days
• •Account data: Retained until account deletion
